With help from our public sector partners, we at Helping Hands aim to provide care and assistance to adults who simply need a little help to allow them to live independent lives. 

We provide support to adults who have learning difficulties or mental health issues, physical or sensory impairments, and aid older people and those who are not able to care for themselves. 

Even the most minor of conditions can hinder someone's ability to lead an independent life, so our team are able to offer assistance including medication management, doing household chores, and providing social fulfilment.
